Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • Important: Shipping times for each product are clearly listed in the product description.

  • Please note that estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered.

  • Any extended production or delivery windows (such as for made-to-order or limited release items) will always be specified in the product description.

Delays

  • While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, customs, holidays, etc.).

  • Lithic is not responsible for delays once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Lithic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lithic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
